Payments are through Paypal using USD. I will send an invoice. Once the invoice has been sent, it must be paid in full before I begin working on your commission.

A client may only request a full refund if there has been no contact with me within 30 days of payment. After a sketch has been approved, only partial refunds will be accepted based on how much work has been completed.

I retain the legal rights to my artwork & you may not edit my art without permission or re-sell it for profit (including any use in NFTs or AI art). Any art produced is for your personal use only, unless stated otherwise. If you would like to use my art commercially, we can discuss rates and usage. Please credit me if you repost your commission.

Prices are base cost. Heavy details may increase the cost of a commission, though these additional costs are negotiable. Heavy details include things such as intricate patterns/tattoos/etc, detailed or extensive clothing, armour, extra weapons, etc.

After a sketch has been approved, clients are allowed two (2) revisions. Any additional revisions will incur an additional charge.

I have the right to decline any orders I do not feel comfortable drawing. Slots are first come-first serve, and you may be passed over if I do not receive the required information/payment within 48 hours after accepting your commission.

You may not make any major changes to the design without permission; however, you may freely alter things such as sex, gender, clothing, hair, story etc.!

Reselling is allowed, but:

You may not resell the adopt for more than what you originally paid. The only exception is if you are including commissioned artwork of the adoptable in your sale.

Please do not sell a design you received in a trade or as a gift.

Trading and gifting are allowed!

Not a true rule, but if possible, I would appreciate it if you notified me of the new owner!

Please do not edit the original artwork, or trace/copy it to add your own changes.

Any art you create or receive are free to reflect your alterations, though!

While you may not make any major changes, you may freely alter things such as sex, gender, clothing, hair, story, etc.!

However, you may not drastically change the character’s skin tone or body type/shape (this includes major changes to horns/tails/wings/etc., though minor alterations/creative freedom are okay)!
